Why MMORPG guilds go bad?

Guilds are those groups who have the same passions or interests amongst certain activities and these people work together as a team. These guilds play online games and earn point values which are redeemed as a reward in loot. MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) is a guild made up of players playing online games as a cohesive unit.
Creating a guild is not too easy as there as thousands of mmorpg’s and millions of guilds. The main thing while creating your own guild should be to take care while planning and it is necessary to have good men or we can say good players. Report says that only 1 percent of the total guilds last for 3 years and majority of them fall within 6 months. This is because of the lack of planning and bad structure of the guild and not because of the dedication of the members. In order to create a successful mmorpg planning is very important and it should be drawn in a blueprint. The main causes for mmorpg guilds going bad are as follows:

Leader: Firstly, appointment of the leader of the group is the main issue. This is generally the person, who has the idea to start this group. If a leader of the group fails for a good play, the mmorpg guild will have a negative impact of this.
Planning and rewards: When a guild is built without any plan resulting into fewer rewards to the members, it ultimately looses its players and results into break of the guild.
Players: Choosing of the players also plays an important part for a successful guild. Inexperienced players will result into a bad output.
Division of work: The work divided within players should be in such a way that everyone is satisfied and loves to work with that particular task assigned. This will help in bringing out the efficiency of a player. Taking an inefficient player will result a guild to break up.
Retention: As there are no particular restriction in the guild, one can very easily leave the guild if he or she gets better options which results in decreasing the moral of other members also.
Dkp System: Sometimes due to the dkp system, the members are awarded lesser than they would otherwise have earned. This demotivates the mmorpg guild to play together.
Senior and Junior issues: The rewards given to the senior players and non-participation of the juniors in the loot will not bring confidence to play as they know the lead of the seniors is much higher to reach.
Raid: Last but not the least is The Raid. It plays an important role in some of the games as it has a power of defeating monsters and earning more points than the MMORPG So, although they help in defeating and going ahead of the game, but ultimately the points which really value are also taken by them. Thus, a friendly raid would help for making a MMORPG guild more successful.
