Are you aware of the many items that you can donate to charity? Believe it or not, there are probably quite a few things that you can donate that you are not even aware of. Clothes are also popular charitable donations. Instead of throwing out your old wardrobe, you would be much better off donating it. This will give underprivileged individuals the chance to have nice clothes, and of course, items that will keep them warm and dry.
If you are thinking bigger, donating a car is just about as good as it gets. This may seem a bit over the top, but there are many people who have donated a car to charity. Remember, the car does not have to be new in order to donate it to a worthy cause.
Finally, keep in mind that certain items fit in better with certain charities. For instance, clothes are perfect for Goodwill, but may not suit the needs of another type of charity. But remember, no matter what you are willing to donate, there is a charity out there that will accept your items.
